Have a sense of urgency and take appropriate measures against heat stroke! / Iwaki Onahama Vegetable Garden Co., Ltd.

Quickly detect and take measures against the greenhouse conditions in summer when the risk of heat stroke increases! Case studies from the farm site / NETIS registered products.

NETIS Registration Number: KT-220185-A In agriculture, especially in summer, high temperatures and humidity are prevalent in places like greenhouses. This is a case study of Iwaki Onahama Vegetable Garden Co., Ltd., which has a vast greenhouse and has implemented the environmental monitoring cloud "SisMil." Before the introduction of SisMil, measures against heatstroke were already in place, but there were still instances of health issues caused by the heat. After implementing the system, the time required for measurements was reduced, allowing for a quick understanding of the on-site conditions, and enabling stronger measures against heatstroke. [Challenges] - Greenhouses become excessively hot in summer, and previous heatstroke measures had limitations. There were times when work had to be suspended for the safety of the workers. - WBGT has been measured as a means of preventing heatstroke, but it required manpower and time for measurements, and data utilization was limited. - The criteria for deciding on extended breaks or work interruptions were unclear. We want to utilize WBGT more to establish standards that reflect actual conditions. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

For the safety of employees, faster heat prevention measures! / Kanadebia Co., Ltd.

Reduce management burden while enabling regular measurements. With rapid hazard detection, achieve more timely heatstroke countermeasures.

In June 2025, the revision of labor safety and health regulations will mandate measures in the workplace, making heat stroke prevention an important element in discussing corporate compliance. This is a case study of Kanadebia Co., Ltd., a company representing the Kansai economic community, which has implemented the environmental monitoring cloud "SisMil." Although we have been working on measuring WBGT from an early stage, we felt challenges regarding the efficiency and accuracy of operations. After introducing this system, the measurement and sharing of WBGT have been automated, significantly reducing the burden on the personnel at each location. It has also become a beneficial system for safety measures, allowing the head office to remotely understand the situation at each site. [Challenges] - On-site WBGT measurements were done manually, leading to irregular implementation and time lags in information sharing. - The safety and health management department at the head office lacked effective means to grasp the on-site conditions at each location. - From a compliance perspective, the company is required to ensure "employee safety," making reliable implementation of heat stroke measures increasingly important. *For more details, please feel free to contact us. https://www.oakis.co.jp/inquiry/sismil/
